Discovery Call - FREE
During the FREE 20-minute discovery call, we offer the perfect opportunity to answer your questions and share more about our expertise. We learn why you are seeking support from a dietitian and explore how we can work together to achieve your goals. We’re here to work with you!
Initial Consultation - $180
Comprehensive 1-hour assessment where I work to review of your diet, lifestyle, medical history and more. This information helps to better understand your specific nutrition needs based on habits and food views in order to provide you with a unique nutrition plan.
Follow Up - $130/session
This 45-minute service includes a review of each client’s dietary and supplement recommendations based on their nutrition needs and bloodwork. We help guide our clients closer to their goals. Follow-up sessions are a great way to build a strong foundation for sustainable health habits.
